I think I accidently disabled my facebook account by using my same contact email for another account?

When I did this, it automatically got rid of my original facebook account? It just the email is unregistered now and I can't log in. : ( I'm going crazy because I have so much important information saved on there for family contacts, work info, college info, numbers, dates, photos everything for years of hard work. Can it really ever be permanately deleted and will I get it back soon? Please help.
