I think I broke my Cox DVR Remote...How much will it cost for a new one?

Can I just go to the store and pick up a new one or do I have to arrange for them to come to my house (they always want to do this for some reason)? How much does it cost for JUST a remote not the Cable Box or anything?

I don't know what part of the country you're in, but I live in Rhode Island, and also have Cox.  If my remote gives out, all I do is bring it to the nearest Cox office, and trade it in for a new one, no charge!
