This is what I usually eat most days of the week

Breakfast: It's usually either a bowl of All Bran or Vita Brits with skim milk, and either an apple, bannana or pear.

Lunch: Usually a sandwitch with ham, cheese, lettuce, avacado and brown bread or vege soup.

Dinner: Beef or chicken stir fry with alot of greens, beef cassarole or grilled salmon with rice and veges.

Am I missing any nutrients that is making me hungry?

  1. if you feel hungry why dont you eat? are you dieting?

  2. wow your eating is like perfect as far as protein and fiber goes ( the two things that fill you up ). are you drinking enough water?also snacking would help,

  3. It might be a good idea to get tested for diabetes: blood glucose content fasting, post prandial and capillaries and maybe glucose absorption curve.  All the best

  4. have a snack woman!

  5. yes you are missing something, your fats

its actually healthy to have fats believe it or not, just in right proportions.  Peanut and meat fats are really the better ones.  You want to stay away from the saturated fats.  Plus fats are what stick with you through out the day and keep you from being hungry.

  6. You should be snacking between meals.  Not a lot but like 5 crackers or 15 mini pretzels.  Something to keep your metabolism going.  I have to eat every 2 hours or else i get really hungry.
