OR is there a way to avoid that by taking herbal pills that can help to belittle the symptoms of ADD without having to go to the doctor? Because from what I understand, isn't it extremely expensive to go get treatment done for this type of neurological disorder?

  1. I believe that I have ADD too, and I have not used medical treatment either. I searched forever for a natural pill and I found one. You should take 50mg or more (depending on your symptoms) of vitamin B a day. It helps with balancing your neurons or something similar to that. I have since the beginning of the school year (3 weeks in now) and it has helped me a lot. I can focus better and most of my symptoms have gone away. Trust me, this will work.

  2. its not that expensive. most insurance companies tell you that to get the add meds you need to see a psychologist to get the meds. my brother and sister were diagnosed with add when they were young and they have been taking meds since then,

my  brothers adderal is like 10 bucks a month amount and we get our meds from express-scripts and we get 90 day amounts so its like only 30 dollars which is cheap. but you can talk to your doc and they can give you a sample pack of some sort of add meds to see if they help.
