I think I have a backdoor trojan!!!!?

Question

So I downloaded a song from limewire.

I have vista, and mcaffe.

Halfway through the download it was all like

"Mcaffee has automatically blocked this trojan"

lalala.

and it had a green checkmark.

i cancelled the download asap.

but i mean, it says it blocked it..

but i'm not sure.

tips?!?!

If it was blocked it shouldn't be a complete download and it was never executed into memory(RAM), so it's almost impossible for that to be the source of infection. If your not sure you may want to run trojan hunters and removal tools like combofix.exe, and trojan hunter, or if your tech savvy you may want to get a linux live forensics disk.
