Every night for the past 2 weeks, I've felt nauseous and can't go to sleep. I tried throwing up on one of those nights but hardly anything would come out so I knew it wasn't something I ate...

I did some research and I got the idea that maybe I have that GERDS problem and if not that then I thought it would be because I'm nervous about High School because I do start feeling not so good when I think about it.

So today I was thinking of starting a different more healthier food schedule,

Drink Cranberry Juice [i heard it cleans your stomach]

Ate Crackers

Then a regular meal

a little bit of chips [gotta have them]

4 slices of bread

and I've skipped dinner because of this nauseous feeling...

I didn't lay down after any meals and waited 2 or 3 hours between them so I really don't know what to do.

Am I just hungry or nervous about school or is this GERDS...?

I'm sorry if you don't understand this question, I just want to know what's wrong with me...

If you think you can help but need more info. just email me please I really need some advice...

My period is a week late but I'm just more than sure I'm not pregnant so please don't mention that!!!

  1. It's probably just stress.

It can do crazy things to your body. You probably started out stressing about High School (which is hard the first couple of months, but believe me it gets easier,) and then that made your stomach start hurting.

Now you're stressing out because of your stomach hurting!

Intense stress can also cause your period to be late or early...

Here's a great site to understand your symptoms and maybe even get some home remedies: http://www.ayushveda.com/homeremedies/st...

Also, google Stress Relief to reduce it.

  2. I don't know but you're hot.

  3. I think your deff nervous about school....I always felt this way right before school starts...Your period is probably late because school is about to start and nerves can take control over your whole body...and sometimes if you think you could be pregnant it delays your period more...but I think you should go to the doctor for a check-up....it might help you more.
