  1. You definitely have a problem and if you don't do something about it, you may end up in jail.  First, you have to make sure it is not a medical problem.  It is possible that this could be a hormone problem. Are you able to control your rage "when you have too?"  If not, it may be medical NOT psychological.  If you can control it when you have to (i.e. in front of a teacher, etc), it probably is not physical.  First you need to see a counselor - try school.  Make sure you excercise to burn off energy and stimulate endorphins (feel good hormones).  Also, control your stress and meditate daily.  Put things into perspective, i.e. tell yourself that chasing down that driver who just cut you off, will only make things worse for yourself (sorry, I can't think of an example for a 15 y.o.  I had an anger problem myself and have seen great improvement with meditation and putting things into perspective.

  2. There should be anger management classes at your school.

Go to the office and check it out.

    Good luck!

  3. Counselling.

  4. The first step in healing is recognizing that you have a problem and I commend you for that.

The next step is to talk to your school counselor about diagnosing the problem.

  5. see a therapist
