Am I better off exercising it or resting it?

  1. go see a doctor


  2. rest it, exercising it can flare it up worse. you should go to the drug store and get a good brace with metal in it to limit movement.

  3. try a magnetic bracelet, the magnets attract the iron in your blood and bring blood flow to the spot of carpel tunnel. It worked for me!

  4. give the wrist a break every once in a while

  5. Try a good wrist brace with a metal support in it.  I was having a lot of wrist pain (lots of data entry) and the brace helped.  If the brace doesn't help - go to the doctor.  My husband had surgery on both wrists, laser, and he's been fine now for over 12 years...

  6. were is it located (if too personal dont answer) but my grandma has it on her wrist's and she usually uses special cast's and rests it but keep resting it till it feals more comfortable for you
