When I Wikied it, it said they are favorites of chefs, especially French cuisine. How do I find out who may want them? They're yellowish in color and they look like honeycombs. A local mushroom club (yeah, they do exist). If they're so prized, as its suggesting, then I don't want to throw them away if they can be used. Besides, looking at them gives me the willies!!
