So called cleansing products are unable to remove parasites.  If you really are sure you have parasites then you should see a doctor and get real medicine before they kill you or leave you with other serious health problems.

Firstly, I would recommend that you go to a doctor to get lab work done to see if you actually do have parasites and if you do then what parasites you have. Then you can figure out what the best course of action is for getting rid of them.

If you have parasites, go to a doctor. Squirting water into your butt or using a laxative isn't going to help in the least.
