Well I am fifteen, and I am kind of and outcast in school, but lately I have been finding myself talking to... myself, and I have very different views than I used to have, and my opinions and morals have gone to h**l. I tend to drift off and I think about things that seem completely crazy and irrelevant. Ways to kill people, and chickens are a few of them. I Just want to see what Some people have to say to this, and if some people think I need to see some help, and if most people think I should, I will.

  1. Maybe your bipolar ? My friend talks to herself and shes one of the smartest people I know. Maybe your a genius!!

  2. Talk it out with a professional.  It might be a passing phase, but if it is not, you will be better off with a counselor in place than struggling alone.  ^..^

  3. Yes you do need help, and the good news is that you recognize it.

Go talk to your school counselor, first of all.  He/she can be your first resource to get some help and assessment of any issues you might have.

Please do it -- save you from yourself, and potentially save others, as well.

  4. Good for you sir, you've taken one step towards intelligence.

Now let's see them feet moving!

Make sure you take a left into compassion when you're moving along nicely, otherwise you'll be walking until you drop.

  5. do you talk to yourself out loud or in your head? your head is normal. out loud is kinda crazy, especially when you're in public. Just get back your morals, thats all. think it through. think everything through. and stop thinking about ways to kill people.

  6. im sorry this is happening to you but i think you really should see someone and get help

  7. You poor thing, you seem to be very lonely....

The thing is about not having enough friends to bounce our thinking off, is that we become what is called self-referential, and it is hard to monitor the things we think about.

We justify everything we think to ourselves, and in the end we seem sane, but really ask yourself, do normal people think of these things, or is my mind just making up things to present me with, which is it's job. it really is up to you to monitor and catch the stuff you know isn't you, or the person you want to be.

Not allowing your mind to take you on a trip is something you will have to work on....no one else can do that part for you. You need to be in charge of that part of your life.

    All the best

    Mel

  8. These thoughts are most likely a result of your lonesome life at school. You do not like yourself/ your life so you have these thoughts about killing things to make yourself feel like you have more control over what is happening.

Thinking about killing someone is okay.. lusting to follow up those thoughts are worrying however... if you feel as if you may act upon these thoughts then please, for your own good and the safety of those around you, talk to someone about it and get help.

By the way, if you ever feel yourself becoming enraged because of what someone has done just walk away knowing you're the better person for not reacting, just go somewhere alone where nobody can annoy you anymore and calm yourself down.

    Best of wishes.

  9. when your alone, you end up talking to yourself, and there is a 'good' side and an 'evil' side to the conversation.

i think this 'evil' side comes out because you hate people being so happy around you, while you feel like and outcast.

But then your happy to be the outcast and people to be happy around you, so you wonder 'why am i thinking these thoughts?'

You need to think more positive. Getting help would be good. It doesn;t mean your crazy. it just means you need to talk to someone.

Being the 'outcast' in school can be very upsetting and very lonely.

    - ive been there before -

You do hate the people that look down on you. But in the end?

there not worth anything. there not worth getting down on yourself.

You wont see them in 5-10 yrs time, you wont even care what they will be doing, so there is no need to care what they think now.

Try and be more positive. in anything. Being an 'outcast' doesn't mean your sad and pathetic. For me being the 'outcast' made me more confident and independant on myself. while others who looked down on me ended up ruining there lives because they couldn't handle being unpopular and alone. So take everything as positive and motivational.
