I think I have some antique furniture, can u help??

It is a vanity, you can tell its really old by the way it looks. The mirror is a little discolored. On the back, There is a handwritten name, "E. V. Clure" I googled it and cant find anything. Does that sound familiar?

  1. One way you can tell  is whether it is dovetailed or not.  If it is, it is almost guaranteed to be an antique. A beveled mirror is a sign of an antique , also. Grams


  2. If it is heavy for its size, or made of good solid wood (not the pressboard laminate stuff that is lightweight) it probably has some age on it. Antique refers to age, not value.
