I think I made a mistake?

So I froze a ton of leftover amazing eggplant parm I made a while ago. And I wanted to have some for dinner tonight, but I think I made a boo boo. Are you supposed to thaw the frozen parm before baking? I made individual portions, so its not a whole tray of it, and I just stuck it in frozen into the oven at 450ish. Is it gonna come out weird?

  3. You can do either.  They sell frozen parm and you just pop it in the oven.  I usually like to put mine in the toaster oven and let it get a little toasty.  You will be fine.  Bon Appetite
