I bought a Dome Climber online frome Domeclimber.com. Ziabox.
I paid $399.00 + $60.00 extra for 4 day shipping, This has been 2 weeks ago.
I have emailed multiple times , no response, I emailed my phone # and I also called the phone # listed on site and it gives a recording everytime saying leave a message with name, #, message and then it says this # can not receive messages at this time, the guys name is Rodney and I have tried relentlessly to contact with no response.
I paid via PayPal, and I have opened a dispute and esculated to get a refund.
Can someone please give me advice.
I have special needs kids waiting on this and we are disappointed it has not come and I am starting to get worried.
I feel a good business has good communication and this one well has no communication as far as responses to emails and calls
