I was at soccer practice when I was warming up my friend and I didn that stradle thing where you pull your friend forward...and well at first she went slow when she pulled me forward so I was okay... then she went behind me and pushed me hard and fast so my knees touched my nose. and it was kinda hurtful... then after soccer practice my legs were a little sore... and today (the day after) My legs KILL!Do you think I pulled a muscle?and what should I do about it?
