I think I might have seen a ghost. Did I see a ghost?

I don't know if this was a ghost or not, but it was 1 am the other day and I was reading a book for my English discussion for the next day (I'm a HUGE procrastinator) and while I was reading, I kept on seeing a flashing white light off to the corner of my eye on the floor, and when I turned to look at it, it was gone. It was just a constant flashing on the floor on top of one of my folders, and it would only appear if I was turned around. Whenever I turned to look, it disappeared, but when I went back to reading my book, it started again. Also, I would see shadows moving next to me, but I was the only person in my family awake. Please don't make fun of me, I just want an honest answer: what were those things I was seeing? Was it a ghost, or something else?

You might be seeing things. Its probably ghosts or your experiencing

eye problems or you are thinking about ghosts and your brain is telling

your eyes see things.if it was a ghost, you would have noticed the air was cold that sorts of things.

yes mostly because ghost are real ... but it also ses god well not let anyone on earth relive it just like ghost are so i think it was a ghost

it could have been a spirit, but it also could have been an extraterrestrial (yeas they are real). ETs like to go around researching, and they cant be seen sometimes. u can see them from the corner of your eye, but when u look they arent there (or so we would think).

sooo....if it was a spirit, i would be a little cautious, and i wouldnt stay uo that late. but for ET's they wont harm u, so u will be okay. but unfortunatly, u have no way of telling, so just stop procastinating, do ur work, and go to sleep. the end, and i do know my answer sounds stupid.

you were tired and your eyes were tricking you, it happens to everyone when they're tired.

It seems to me like it was late, you were really tired, and you were seeing things. We tend to make things up in our head, its no big deal.

But it is possible you could have actually seen a ghost. I've seen a few before, its not a problem. They're harmless. Is your place old? If it is, there's a greater chance you did.

But truly, its nothing at all to worry about[;

Just live like it never happened.

It may have been a ghost - the coincidence of the light's appearance on your folder may have been some communication about your purpose or procrastination. It also may have simply been a reflection - were you wearing glasses? Perhaps cars driving by? It does happen.
