  1. In all likelihood, it's an ingrown hair or perhaps a small cyst, which are very common on the s*****m so it's probably nothing to worry about.

HOWEVER -- before you scare yourself into an early grave, why don't you buy yourself some cheap serenity and make a doctor's appointment to find out what it is?

  2. Holy shìt!  Get to a doctor!

  3. okay chill out first.

All you people who are spaztically yelling GO TO THE DOCTER, ur not freaking helping.

K dude theres a ton of random stuff thats not a big deal that happens to your testicles.  Im 15yrs and my balls hurt all day and night for like a week, the pain was intense and i was really worried somthing was really wrong but nothing was and it went away.  Lumps, yes are different, but, it isnt an automatic sign to freak out.  You are 13 thats really really young to have testicular cancer.  It could be a ton of things.  First check your balls again sometimes stuff gets mixed around and fells strange.  then if it is actually there. Yeah i would get it checked out.  Telling your dad is hard but you can do it.  Plus having help will make you feel alot better. good luck

  4. Well you shouldnt wait and you should go see a DR. No one here can tell you for sure so you need to go see a professional. Good Luck!

  5. i understand how scared u must be, but it  is soooo important for u to go to ur gp u will check it and might think its nothin, or might send u for tests, it could be somethin simple u never know. make an appointment immedietly, please dont wait long to get it checked, you must be strong and go to the gp, probably u r experienceing some anxiety about this, hopefuly its somethin not serious, but the sooner u go and get it checked out the better, please. the very best of luck.

  6. To heck with a link!  Get yourself to a doctor and get an examination ASAP.  It may be something simple but if it is cancer, time is of the essence.  Too many people think the answers to all life's questions are on the internet.  When it comes to health issues, especially  potentially serious ones, see a doctor and don't worry about finding an answer online.

Always tell a parent or school nurse when you have a health problem.

  7. OMG!!! GO TO THE DOCTOR!!! NOW!!!! LIFT YOUR BUTT FROM THE CHAIR AND GO!!

  8. this could be something as simple as a cyst or it  might be something more serious, the best thing to do is make an appointment with your doctor, not only will they put your mind at ease, they will be able to diagnoise you right away, which if it is something more serious the sooner it is found the easier it is too treat, fingers crossed its nothing to serious but from just saying its a lump could be caused by lots of thing, just get checked out as soon as you can and try not to think the worst!!

  9. Go to the doctor mate, I had the same problem and it turned out to be nothing.

I asked for a female doctor to take a look, it is up to you what gender you choose to look at your nuts. They have seen it allllllll before. It really was not imbarissing.

  10. Tim at 13 you really need to let you dad know about your nut. maybe it is just time for a routine physical for you and you can express your concerns with the doctor at that time. never be embarrassed to tell your dad about a problem with your body it only could get worse the longer you wait

    curtdude

  11. TELL YOUR FATHER RIGHT AWAY   HE CAN TAKE U TO THE DOCTOR   MY DOCTOE DID EXAM ME WELL AND IT CAUSED ME ALOT OF PROBLEMS   YOUR DAD IS YOUR FRIEND AND DONT BE EMBRASSED

  12. Idk maybe ask your doctor or I dont know any websites check google

  13. yah probably should go to the doctor

  14. aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  15. no heatlth insurance???

    NEXT!!!

  16. Either cancer or hernia GO TO THE DOCS OFFICE

  17. The absolute best and the absolute most right thing to do is for you to tell your dad.  Dude, you're 13, that's what he's there for.  He cares more about your well-being than any of us do.  Trust your dad to make the right decisions for you instead of a bunch of strangers.

BTW, it's very unlikey that you have testicular cancer at your age, but it's better to be safe than sorry, so talk to your dad.

  18. Take your right nut and the attached lump to the doctor.  They can tell you what to do.  Every lump is not testicular cancer, so don't worry yet.  It is probably nothing.  Get in and get it checked out.

  19. Talk to the doctor that you regularly visit, he can tell you if it is what you think it is.

  20. go to the doctor. even if i was a doctor, i couldn't diagnose you with seeing it and running tests. go to the doctor!

  21. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/testicu...

I don't think you do but read this first.

  22. Is there also one connected to the other nut? There is a group of veins gathering there and a duct to transport s***n to your p***s.

First check out the other one ,before panicking.

    Planets.

  23. It's probably a milk dud.

  24. There are things besides testicular cancer that can cause this. Interesting that you say it is connected, not in the t******e. This could be an epididymal cyst.

Go see a doctor and try not to worry. Testicular cancer is generally found in the t******e, not connected to it. Even if you do have it(unlikely) you will more than likely recover with little damage.  My cousin had testicular cancer when he was 25. He's got a wife and 3 kids now and that was 15 years ago. Treatments have advanced since then.

  25. uhhhhhhhh HELLO......

    GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!!!!

  26. You should go to your family doctor or the hospital, but don't freak out yet. If you m********e too much, it can easily be a build up of dead giz homie.

  27. GO TO THE DOCTOR. MY FRIEND IS A DOCTOR AND HE WOULD SAY, "GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!!!!!"

  28. I know it's difficult but the first thing you need to do is NOT panic.  It is unlikely to be cancer but you DO need to tell your Dad and you DO need to see a doctor.

Is a lump in the testis always cancer?

There are other lumps that can be found in the testis that can be non-cancerous.  It is important to see a doctor to make sure any lumps felt are not testicular cancer.  An ultrasound examination of the testis can find out what type of lump it is.  The main types of non-cancerous lumps are:

    Epididymal cyst

Epididymal cysts are fluid-filled cysts that come from the epididymis, and are very common.  Often discovered when about the size of a pea, they feel slightly separate from the top of the testis.  These lumps can slowly increase in size and can feel like a third testis.  Epididymal cysts can happen at any age and should be left alone when still small, but can be removed with surgery if they become larger.

    Spermatocele

Spermatocele are similar to epididymal cysts.  The only differences are that the lump is usually connected to the testis, and the swelling is filled with fluid containing sperm and sperm-like cells.

    Hydatid of Morgagni

Found at the top of the testis, a Hydatid of Morgagni is a small cyst that is separate from the epididymis and sometimes found on a thin strand of tissue.  These common cysts are moveable and can cause pain if they twist.  There is no risk of cancer from these cysts, and unless they are causing pain, should be left alone.

Who should I see for help?

If you notice a hard lump or any change in your testes you should see a local doctor straight away.  The local doctor may then give a referral to a specialist (urologist).  A urologist deals specifically with problems in the genital and urinary tracts of both men and women.

  29. I'm not a doctor, but if I were, I would tell you to GO TO THE DOCTOR. God.

  30. go see a doctor immediately

  31. go see a doctor! :(
