After asking everyone here, and reviewing the information on other websites, I've come to the conclusion that I would like to sue a doctor. I hate people who sue everyone. I've never hired a lawyer. But, I want to make an example of this "doctor".

He forcibly retracted my 3 month old son's f******n without our permission or consent. He tore the membrane, which is something that can't heal. It was meant to act as a protective barrier until it dissolved naturally (years from now). He also tore the f******n itself. He caused my son a great deal of pain (I've never seen him cry so hard, or for so long).

I'm livid with rage. I hate that he hurt my son. I hate that this might have a permanent effect (or, at the very least, an effect on the next 5 years of his life, during which he should have had that protective membrane).

To top us off, the hospital where it happened then gave us inaccurate advice on how we should proceed after the damage was done.
