Okay so I went to Jason's Deli and got the salad bar.
I had a cup of vegetable soup, and some plain lettuce with one tablespoon of the low fat honey mustard, a few cracker packs with roasted red pepper hummus, 1 packet of the honey graham crackers, 2 pieces of watermelon, 3 spoon fulls of organic lite granola, a spoon full of that mix of dried cranberries and nuts.
and one of those really mini pumpkin muffin things.
it just was a lot of little things..that i thikn added up to like 700 calories.
im so pissed at myself.
i should have just got a sandwich!
i mean, it was healthy things, so is it okay? i wont gain weight off of this right? for dinner i was planning on having whole wheat pasta with marinara sauce and steamed veggies on the side. with maybe a pear on the side as well.
would that be okay?
i dont know if ill be able to work out because ive been sick..im going to try in an hour to see if i can. maybe just run 2 miles, do some 5 pound dumbell things, crunches, and 20 minute pilates.
thatd be light...
just please tell me how many calories was in that meal.
