I think I triggered open a email service on my phone, can I get the charge credited from my cellphone bill?

I was using this email thingy on my phone. I didn't know how it worked. I thought it was free, so I logged into my hotmail account with it. Then I realized I might get charged for this. So I turned it off. I think it might appear in my next phone bill. Will my dad be able to get the charge for the email service credited (if it ends up) on the invoice, and cancel the service, by saying that I opened it by mistake, or i didn't know it wasn't free?

Note: I didn't even check any of my emails, I just logged in to my email account, and closed it before opening any emails. Will I still get charged for logging in through my phone?
