I think I’ve been caught speeding or going through a red light by a safety camera on19th of this month. How long I will receive Penalty Charge Notice. Help please!

Ah, those 'wonderful' so-called "safety cameras"-when will we tear them all down, along with anyone who authorized their placement in the first place.

I did that last year and got the notice about a week later.

You should be receiving it within the next couple of days, usually 7 to 10 business days.....
