  1. do a sport or go to the gym and do something like boxing. that is also a good release! plus you get fit in the process. you could also get involved into a church group and talk with some people. but don't harm yourself!

  2. My friend used to cut herself until she started kickboxing. She said it was a great stress release and she also lost weight. It totally changed her for the better.

  3. I am not sure if you believe in God or are spiritual, but my friend had a lot of issues and went to group meeting at her church and her pastor got her free counseling.  Either way, there are programs out there for people who cannot afford them.  Please check into it.

  4. PATIENCE...RELAX, THERE'S NOTHING IN LIFE TO MAKE YOU FEEL THIS WAY.EVERYTHING CAN BE CORRECTED. MY FRIEND IF YOU NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE JUST EMAIL ME  TO GETHER WILL FIGURE SOMETHING OUT. HANG IN THERE. MY PRAYERS WILL BE ABOUT YOU FROM THIS DAY FORWARD.

  5. You don't know me, so maybe it'll be easier to hear it from me. You can't go around cutting yourself, trust me, I know from experience.  You think it's going to-not make it better but-relieve some of the pain or nullity you feel.  It doesn't.  It only adds more pain, a new physical pain.  It leaves scars, raises questions from those you'd never discuss your feelings with, and makes you feel worse.  This is a progressive behavior.  If you start cutting your wrists, what will you do when that isn't enough any more?  Are you going to take it to the next level.  I hope that thought is at least intimidating.  Listen, if no one likes you, and you don't like anyone, and you don't even want to exist, too bad.  God put you here for a reason, and it's not to hurt yourself in any way.  He wants you to want to live, to rejoice in life.  You won't achieve any self appreciation by hurting yourself.  Why don't you try forcing yourself to do something good for your body to take your mind off all the other stuff that's probably speeding through it. I'm trying to figure out how to get myself out of depression.  We're not alone, but we have to get through this.  We need to find some positive light in our lives for ourselves.  Life can be better than it is now, we're the only ones holding us back. Please try to not make a mistake I've already made.  It didn't get me anywhere but alone and farther into depression. Don't waste your life being upset, you have to make yourself happy.
