I think about killing myself and other people?

A lot....I plan ways to kill myself....and lately I've even wanted to kill other people. I just don't know what to do. Every time I think about it I feel guilty after. I hate life so much, its like its better to be dead than trying to get through all these bad feelings

  1. haha in many ways your like me but i like to think that i would be going down in history but the best thing to do is train train train theres many book out there learn how to control the mind and you can rase an army also train your physical strength and then youu make the choce do i want to be known for killing thousands of inacint people or join the army and kill people legily and go down in history as killing tens of thousands of behaviorists :P or enemy if you ever wanna talk to someone as crazy as me add me killerbee_593@hotmail.com :P

Please don't do anything to yourself or anyone else.  It sounds as if you have sever depression.  There are numerous hotlines that you can call where you can speak to someone that can give you help.  Please call.  You can look up any Crisis Hotline in your area.  Life is not that bad.  It just seems like it is.  More often than not, there is a chemical imbalance in your body that causes you to think like this.  It can be fixed and you can feel better, but it's up to you to make that first phone call.  Please feel better and take care.

  4. Get yourself to a counselor now. Call a hotline today. you feel guilty so you know it's wrong, but if you are thinking like this you need to seek help to keep from crossing a line you don't want to cross.

  5. Why don't you try to figure out why you are so unhappy, and make the right changes to your life. If you could do that, maybe you wouldn't want to hurt yourself and others.

  7. You should see a phycologist ...or talk to people you feel comfortable with...you sound really depressed..but don't kill yourself it might be later in life but you will find someone/something in your life that is meaningful and then life will be worth it :)

  9. you seem sick.  You are very depressed but since the depression towards yourself isn't enough you are expressing it to other people as well.  You need serious help before you put yourself and others in danger.  That is really all yahoo answers is gonna do for you.

  10. either buy grand theft auto and go on a huge rampage shooting everybody trust me it lts my anger out or have something to chew on or destroy trust me it really works

  11. oh did i go through that phase or a long time.. i wanted to kill everything, baby, mom, men, animals, trees, everything. i even made blueprints and stuff. but as time passed, i decided to just get out of that cycle of though, i found out that when i want to kill myself i wanted to kill everything. i even experimented with all sorts of drugs and didnt find that too pleasant. the only ones that i got anything out of it was the psycho actives. . of course you cant go into it with the thought of escaping reality, but with the thought of a spiritual purpose. so i just stayed to cannabis.  i also just so i just read, i read writing bout the "wise" ones of all parts of the world. and i found out that in order to be truly happy the mind and emotions have to be shushed so what the universe is tiring to offer, you could see it. not with the eyes but with the mind, and soul. i also started mediating. i even mixed in cannabis and mediation witch has helped me love every cell of every plant, every atom that makes up everything. there is a book out there specifically for meditation and cannabis... yeah i know its illegal , but i find that better than antidepressants and no money for the gov. or anyone else. it helps to get to know yourself, self analyze to why these thoughts are happening.  another factor that may held you back is fear. fear will stop you from going in deeper. but you are always stronger than fear, hate, anger, than everything.

Many people feel this way.  Don't allow yourself to be a statistic.  A simple medication may change these thoughts.  Due to the severity of your thoughts I suggest going to the emergency room and telling them.  They may ask you to sign yourself into the hospital for treatment.  Do not be ashamed, despite the stigma there is nothing wrong with going inpatient.  You would be incredibly brave and you can change your life for the better and possibly save someone else that you may have hurt without treatment.

    Try to take on one thing at a time.  Start with the most urgent issue and go from there.  Try to relax everything will work itself out.  Try writing in a journal.

  20. i think you need to go talk to someone in person that can help you instead of people on yahoo answers. Its hard for people on here to help you. YOU NEED HELP! You're depressed.

  22. I believe that if you wanted to kill yourself then you would have succeeded already. You seek advise to a question that you can answer for yourself. Just do it! Do not ask anyone to decide your fate. You act as if you are seeking permission to take your life. Why would you put that burden on someone. If you are young, which you sound, then it is understandable that you that you feel hopeless. Think of this, how do you know it's better to be dead? You need to give yourself time to grow. As you grow things will "brighten up" in your life. Taking someone's life is totally wrong! Get some help before it's too late.
