I think customer that come to wal-mart are b*****s well some (i work there) who else does?

like the ppl that i work with my wal-mart crew i love em all, but there are those days when u think ur day is goin well then u get a screaming person in ur face like calm down lol

If you feel that way before you even face any customers, you'll probably continue to prove that true. I've worked with the public for 12 1/2 yrs. and I notice whether employees are attemplting to be courteous.

we all get a little crabby at times
