Ranked #3 in such a rich talented division no way. I'm being sarcastic. The heavies suck. I think #3 is just about right. #1 Wlad, #2 Peter, #3 Haye is exactly how I see it.

Well, you can NEVER trust the sanctioning bodies for accurate rankings.  However, in Haye's defense, he has had one fight at heavyweight, in which he won by knockout, but still I don't think that just having one fight at that weight should automatically put you into the top 10 rankings.  He should prove himself at heavyweight before he deserves to be called a top 10 ranked opponent.  At least Haye is going to get a good test at heavyweight in his next fight (or so he says), and hopefully that will show us how much of a force he will be at this new weight.  Personally, I hope that he adds some life to this bland division, but I will still be skeptical of him until I see him in against a top-level opponent.

Its probably in exchange for the belts he had at curserweight. For example if he was the WBC champ at curseweight he can move up and the WBC will rank him in the top 5 at Heavyweight thats normal fighters do that all the time.
