If you are punk, it is kind of expected. :P

But otherwise, it just looks very weird on my opinion. I think it may be too feminine. Also, eyeliner is for a s**y girl look, and it's not provocative on the way guys use it.

If you want to, use it subtley. The whole point of make-up is making it look like you're not wearing any.

I personally don't like makeup on a guy. Some girls do though.

sure, you can do whatever you want.

personally i don't think makeup on a guy is attractive. maybe eyeliner depending on the guy. i've never really saw a guy wear mascara without other makeup, so i don't know about that.

It's ok if you are emo/goth/punk.  If you aren't, it's just going to look strange.
