I think i am addicated to energy drinks. what should i do?

  1. I was like that at one point, but now I drink coffee instead because energy drinks are far worse for you. Really, you should just sub coffee. Those things are awful for you.


  2. try to train ur brain to not give into the temptation as easily because if u carry on drinking them all the time, the glucose can dissolve your teeth. this may result in them rotting away. once you have trained your brain, you will find that you dont always HAVE to have the energy drinks.

    also....try to add glasses of water or fruit juices to substitute some of the bottles of the energy drinks. this will teach you to become less dependant to the engergy drinks.

  3. try something else. Instead of energy drinks try soda and see if the sugar from soda helps. If it does then switch to juice then slowly drink less and less juice everyday

  4. first find a better drink thats good for you

    pick a flavored water for example

    for how ever many energy drinks you have drink a flavored water instead then start getting addicted to that

    its better and helps you unlike energy drinks
