Question:

I think i am very fat .... would u please judge ? be brutally honest !!?

I am 18 years old and i am 172 cm high that's about 5"6 feet and 50 kilos which is about 110 lbs.. i am a swimmer and i think i am fat ! what do you guys think ???

  1. absolutely NOT!  N-O-T.. You are not fat by any standards.... I bet you have very nice pretty thick muscular legs with a hot curvy figure.. at 5'6" and 110lbs, that's actually perfect.


  2. your the exact opposite of what you think. your actually underweight and your lighter than me and I'm younger I'm right now 14 and I'm 114lb and 5"6 it a good height for an 18 year old

    You should be around 115- 120 by now

  3. If you are 5 foot six, and 110 lbs, then you are underweight. You should be between 120 and 135 for your height.

  6. No your not fat!! I always think that Im fat but to be honest its how the media and magazines that we read make us feel. You are in total parportion and you swim which must make you build muscles ect.. if you feel really worried go to the doctors and they can tell you and do your BMI and then you can see. At the end of the day if you feel happy and comfortable then be happy with who you are xx

  10. ill tell u a metabolism and mental secret:

    1- make a schedule so that u eat the exact time u eat yesterday (u must eat the same thing coz for ex:u eat MacDonald the metabolism will burn it and keep it in memory that the next day u eat MacDonald the same time it burns the food twice as before)

    in the morning 10:20 (eat full fat cerial [be sure to eat the same cerial each day)

    for lunch 2:20 (eat any meal that u can eat every day)

    dinner: 6:20 (same at lunch) u can eat pizza everyday and not get fat yay!

    2- trick ur mind!!!

    ex: when u do situp dont count like 1,2,3,4

    u should count each number three times (no more than three) like 1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3,4,4,4, and dont calculate in ur mind the real numbers this way u wont get tired...

  11. FAT????NO WAY you are anorexic.  Your BMI (http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.... is 16.9 while mine is 43.2 ( I am 174 cm).  EAT, EAT, EAT!!!! Your bmi should be at least 17 or 18.  Remember if you are a swimmer you are burning more calories, you need to take enough in to give you the energy to swim.  Also you need to keep your weight up so you don't  break down protein (your body will conserve the fat for necessary energy) and not be able to swim.
