I think i blew my computer speakers?

i was listening to critical accliam by avenged sevenfold and my speakers were only at half way when they were all of a sudden fuzzy but they had been doing that for a while but the more i run them the better it gets. did i blow them or are they just demented????

Ok well you can blow speakers in a couple different ways...

first is if you have had the volume up way too loud for the speakers to handle, and that is very easy with computer speakers, and the sound from the point you blew them on will come out somewhat distorted.

The second is if you have a wire out of place or touching another wire, that will cause a crackling kind of noise and not necessarily mean no sound. If it gets better over time yes your speakers may be demented lol. Hope i helped =)
