  1. are you kidding? ghost's don't exist, and no you are not a psychic and especially not a phsycic

  2. Take off all your clothes and walk around with small bells tied to your nipples.  If the bells ring, that's a ghost touching it!

  3. If you really feel that a 'ghost' is with you ask it who it is and what do they want. Nothing to do with be physic. If you are psychic you should be able to see and or hear the entity. Don't get paranoid about ti though, if it bothers you just tell it to go and leave you alone.

  4. If you feel like that, there must be a reason. Try and sort out if the fear is in your mind or if you really are experiencing these things. You'll be a step closer to figuring out what's going on. Try googling ghosts or feeling ghosts. Some people are more sensitive to that sortof energy than others.

  5. Your feelings are real, there is no argument about that.

  6. I wouldnt say you are a psychic but you very well could be a sensitive.  If you want to know if its a spirit or not test it.  When you get the feeling ask it to meet you again at night in your room.  When you start to get the feeling again ask it if it can make itself noticable to you.  Though I dont think you have the gift of seeing or hearing you may feel it like you always do.  Ask if it can touch you in some where on your body.  Then if it listens to you feel as it touches your body you will suddenly see all the hairs stand up where it touched you.  Ask it if your allowed to take some pictures of it and where.  Then snap pictures of it where you feel it.

  7. Do you notice that this happens in the same certain places all the time?  Is it always in a house and never when you're outside?

If so, before blaming spirits, I would consider that you get these feelings when you are near a high Electromagnetic Field (junction boxes, some electrical outlets, and things of that nature in a home can give off this field.)  Exposure to such a field, depending on the length of time you are exposed to it, can result in feelings of paranoia or "being watched", and can even affect you physically - the shivers, dizziness, a headache, nausea, etc.
