I think i drank too much red bull and monster?

this morning at about ten i drank a monster and like 15 minutes after had a big red bull now its six in the evening and my chest feels funny and my heart is beating hard and has been for a few hours.if i drink a lot of water should it bring it down or what should i do

  1. I am no doctor but my mom was when I was about 10 and up and when she was in school I helped her study. I heard that to much energy drinks is bad for you. And I remembers because I joke around with my Friends about RED BULL GIVES YOU WINGS. But I dink a lot of energy drinks and nothing like that happens to me.

  3. Well water will help but everyting is already in your system and it is all stuff that we normally need and use so it will take a while to wash out. This would mean you need to do nothing but drink water for the rest of the night.

    In the future you would be better off only having a Monster or a big Red Bull. The Mosters and big Red Bulls are 2 servings each. Red Bull recommends having only 1 to 2 a day. The 2nd largest selling energy drink, which is also the 1st and largest selling energy drink, XS Energy suggests having one and recommends against having more than 2.

    The main reason is that we simply do not need taht many stimulants in a day reguardless of if it is a health eneryg drink or a regular one. The biggest problem of all of the stimulants would be the caffeine. There are 80mg per serving. So you had 320mg today. That is over the maximum safe level of 300mg per day.

  5. Its good to drink allot of water after energy because it sort of washes it away

    try a maximum of 3 energy drinks a day and at least couple hours apart

  6. I highly doubt it's the energy drinks....there's more caffiene in a few cups of coffee than in those overpriced gimmick drinks....

    Plus, caffiene doesn't have an effect for HOURS after it's consumed. Something else is causing this.

  7. Water is definitely the way eliminate toxic amounts of anything in the quickest way possible.
