i bought it at a store and i originally wanted a Bb 8800 and they had it brand new so i was there waiting for it to charge because supposely it wasnt charged .... so i waited and waited and when he finally turned it on the guy told me it had a problem... and he couldnt sell it to me........

ok and then he pulled out a Bb curve(i think it was the owners) ...and he sold it to me for $175 but it was all scratchd up..i asked him are you sure ther is are no defects and he assured me if anything to come back..... well i showed it to my brother, my boyfreind and my sister and they all said i got ripped off....

i went back to the store and the guy was like SORRY NO REFUND.... i askd and askd ...and he said he`ll give me a cover for the phone , he offered a new face for it and other stuff....

welll i left the store PISSED and looked at the phones text messages and it appeared to me that the store owner sold me a phone wit ALOT OF peoples information like wher they lived, their personal numbers ............ what should i do?

  1. One thing you can do is call the manager's phone or another worker at that store, you can also call the company and tell them the whole thing and they might send you a replacement.

  2. bug them over and over about it and maybe they'll give in or something. try talking to the manager.

  3. With a 2 year contract, the Blackberry Curve is like $250. If the phone was now, then you got a deal. Since it isn't, do the next best thing. Essentially you bought the phone numbers and info. Sell them on the web.
