  1. You should start with your family physician. I'm not sure this is ADHD...it could be anything from bipolar to a thyroid imbalance. Also, if you're drinking any energy drinks or caffeine I would stop s this can exacerbate your symptoms.

  2. Sounds more like depression and possible bipolar.  I would recommend seeing a psycharist who will be able to take tests and evaluate your condition on a medical level.

  3. i don't think you have it. i mean, chemicals in our bodies affect us so much, we can't all start assigning ourselves to ADHD or ADD or anything like that. therés different levels. I mean, unless you can remember how many buttons were on your teacher's shirt yesterday, or how your waving gestures are slightly different from a friend's waving gestures... or any other specific details that keep your attention away from being focused.

you could just be hyper, jittery, mood swings, or any other things. our bodies do a lot of weird activities, let's not be quick to label yourself with a condition.

  4. it actually does sound like you have it. I have adhd myself, and when it comes to homework, chores, ect. i dont want to do it and that's that!! i am on a medication called adderall. Its very effective, and now, I want to do my homework, instead of procrastinating all the time and leaving it for later.!! ps. i wouldnt take adderall in ur case since u already have a problem going to sleep. I took my meds to late and now i am wide awake and cannot sleep!! ud be better off with something different, or taking the med really early.
