I think i have PCOS, what should i do?

I was looking at the symptoms and i have almost all of them... My last period was on july 13th and 5 pregnancy tests were negative so it can't be that, although the blood test was undetermined and i have to go back in 3 days to take it again....

I have high levels of androgen, high cholesterol, i was told today my insulin and glucose levels were too high and i'm at risk for diabetes, i'm over weight, i have sore breast, what should i do? the results for PCOS, were undetermined as well.

  1. FIRST, read everything about PCOS including all advices, tips and recommendations (see below)

    SECOND, choose the most convenient treatment which will include contraception and treatment at the same time

    THIRD, make your cycle regular, which will automatically reduce your androgens
