I think i have RLS?!

restless leg syndrom....i have all the symptoms....i can never stay still....wat shuld i do?

  1. Go talk to a Doctor.


  2. everyone gets RLS...  ur just thinking about it to hard.  try to focus on something else and soon enough the "symptoms" will be gone.

  3. Try not to have caffeine. I think you're just an active person. If you're really sure, try to see a doctor. Good luck.

  4. RLS can be caused by dehydration, too much caffeine or too much booze as well as a deficiency of potassium (bananas), calcium (dairy products), magnesium (nuts) or vitamin B6 (dairy products).

  5. RLS is an underlying symptom of Anemia. I had RLS REALLY bad, and could not sleep or sit without the RLS medication. I went to the doctor for other significant reasons, to find out I was severely anemic. Now that I have been on Iron and B12 for the last 4 months, and eating more protein, I dont have any sort of RLS symptoms. It is great! Something to check out when diagnosed with this Syndrome.
