  1. Check what you have running in your startup programs. To see what programs are currently running on start-up, in Windows XP or Vista click on Start, select Run, then type MSCONFIG and hit the Enter key. Select the Startup tab from the dialog box. Here you can deselect any items that are running that you don't actually need when you first start your computer up or are suspicious. Select Apply after deselecting the startup applications and reboot the system.

    * This will also speed up your PC.

  2. SPYWARE CLEANER 2008 HAS A VIRUS WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD IT SO I RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THAT! TRY ONLINE SCANS ITS BETTER!-

  3. do you have yahoo tool bar use the spyware scanner there its free or  try this go  open the browser now open the tools at the top open the internet options and delete the history and the files temp now open the acessories in the programs list open the system tools and run disc cleanup then defrag if you cant do either then run system restore to  a time before the spyware was installed now run all the cleaning tools and the virus scan then save ir in restore as clean computer so you can go back to it any time i do this once a week ok ok
