I think i have a problem =( please help!!?

Question

everyday for english class or math class we have to do this daily answering journal type thing on the board where the teacher calls at random and you go up and answer it. i get really nervous everyday if shes gonna pick me cause i dont get the journal most of the time and its really embarressing cause she gives you an F if you dont have it and then the kids laugh and i turn super red

i hate it!!! any suggestions on how to not get so embarressed and blushed all the time?? like then the kids start saying omg ur blushing! and then i get redder... and then the teacher makes you look stupid and it makes me really uncomfortable.. =( advice??? thank u!

hey friend, i think u take life very seriously. that may be the reason for ur blushing. even i used to be like that in school. i never could take things in the lighter side and that always had left me uncomfortable, angry, humiliated and irritated. i think, u can help urself out by laughing at ur own foolishness. u just see the faces of people who laugh at u. how happy they are !! u just try to laugh with them, and not very longer will many of  them stop teasing u. dont get upset, dear.

Yes my dear,its a problem called fear. sometimes even if you know the answer, you end up getting it wrong because you are already afraid of the out come-F. I understand exactly what you are going through.

The only medicine to this kind of situation is constant practice.make friends with the person who gets it correct most of the time.Ask your teacher for help,with some of these journals for practice or where you can find them.you can also ask the teacher to help you on how to go about it during your free time.

Then the next time you go to the board, you will be familiar and therefore confident with what you are doing.
