I think i have adrenaline problems?

Alright this all started last years soccer season, i love soccer i'm a tier 1 soccer player and have been scouted for university... but i just couldn't get into it. Its like i dont have energy for anything anymore, when i workout i dint get that adrenaline rush anymore, when i dance i don't get it i just get really tired, same with working out.I quit soccer to btw because i just didn't have the energy... its so weird does anyone know how i can get it back?

  1. It could be that you are suffering from mild depression. Some of the hallmarks of depression are being excessively tired and loss of interest and enjoyment in things that you used to love. If you can, you should speak to your doctor about this, and they could give you something to help. If it isn't depression, they can help figure out why you are so tired (it could be lack of iron in your diet, it could be a million things).

    One of the best ways to battle depression is exercise, though I know how hard it can be to get motivated when you feel so tired.

  3. youve gotten used too all the hype when your in a game i think you dont feel all hype cuz you dont need to cuz your used to the environment of the game
