Hire a caddy to wash you balls before every hole.  (that way you don't spread the disease.)  Also see if that same caddy will scrub your shaft down for you with some comet to disinfect it.  Other then that your on your own.

Well, you might try teeing the ball up a little higher and opening your stance!

If that doesn't work, place your putter between your legs, then press down with your body...all the way, until only the putter club face is sticking out your @ss.  That should do the trick!
