I think i have ate to much?

mostly i will consume about 700 calories a day because i am trying to lose 10 lbs.

breakfast-apple

lunch-cereal and an apple

snack-a cinnamon roll and 6 small peanut butter crackers

dinner- a veggie burger

how many calories is that all together and did i eat to much?

  1. Apple - 55

    Cereal - 130 + Apple - 55 = 185

    Cinnamon Roll - 220 + Peanut Butter Crackers - 220 = 440

    Veggie Burger - 200

    Total = 880

    But, 700 Calories seems like way too little... you can calculate your BMI, which is just a fancy abbreviation for how many calories a day you need here http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ ... Most people need about 1600 calories a day... But everyone is different.


  2. i think you need to think about another meal plan. you were too hungry and that caused those snacks.

    instead of the snacks, you can have a banana.

    some vegetable salads or fish dish can be a good dinner. fish is very much low in calories and so are salads.

  3. You didn't eat too much. Maybe You should cut out the snacks. ANd

    try to eat at the same time so you lose weight and don't gain extra. ANd if you feel the need for something to eat, but you just ate an hour ago, then drink lot's of water.

  4. I'm pretty sure that's more than 700 cals but that's a good thing.. 700 is not enough. Your body will go into starvation mode and you'll gain weight. 1500 is a good amount to loose weight on (plus exercise of course).
