Ok so i took the behind the wheel test just yesterday and ever since the examiner stepped into my car she has been somewhat cranky. but anywayz after i was finished she said i was Disqualified for a critical error, which i BELIEVE i didnt do. I had the usual manuever errors such as not checking mirrors before changing lanes yada yada yada that totalled up to 9 errors. And then SUPPOSEDLY i didnt make a complete stop twice which then sums it all up to 11. I think i still shouldve passed because im allowed up to 15 errors. But she was thinking otherwise, she had posted "disobeys traffic sign or signal" saying that two non complete stops makes that. Is she right for making those two non complete stops as a critical error or should i have passed?

  1. No, you shouldn't have passed. In fact, prior to the two incomplete stops, you had already messed up considerably. The DMV rep may have been cranky, however, they don't rate your driving on their mood, they have rules they must follow, if they pass you and it is found that you are not a qualified driver, the examiner can be investigated and your test can be reviewed. The next test you take, here are a few suggestions.............greet the rep, but other than that, don't ask questions or make small talk, simply listen to instructions and follow them. When changing lanes, be certain to look over your shoulder and check your mirrors, this seemed to be one of your big problems. As for the stops, it's better to err on stopping for too long, then to make a short stop and roll on. When you make your stop, count to 5, then move if it is clear or legal to do so. By doing this, you will avoid the stop/roll problem. Be sure you don't stop over the crosswalk, or stop lines, they'll get you for that too. Good luck, you'll get it the next time!

  2. I would say you need some more road experience. Don't concentrate on how many you can get wrong. Try to get everything right. She obviously felt you were not competent enough for a pass grade.

  3. If you continue to make the same mistakes while taking your driving test, the examiner can deem anything a critical error.  If you would have only made simple errors once you would have slid by.  Just by your story I would not have passed you either.  You need more experience with the common sense errors.

  4. incomplete stop at any stop signs = automatic failure.

  5. Take her judgment as constructive criticism and vow to do better next time.  There's really no appeals process other than to take the test again.

  6. I had a black guy that hate me and and I hated him give me my driving test. He messed up my car seat and he was so stupid and lazy that he talked like a robot.......but.....I still passed.

    Maybe you need more practice...

  7. STOP MEANS STOP!!! AND THAT'S THAT!!!
