  1. I think you need to start eating healthier and exercising regularly. I agree with your cardiologist, you have a very active imagination.

And MAYBE its diabetes, but since you already know to go to the doctor, I'm just going to suggest you start developing a healthier lifestyle

Edit: I never said you were fat so don't get all up in my face making up things I never said. What I did say was to develop a better lifestyle. That includes eating healthier and something as simple as walking everyday. You say you get a headache after eating sugar? That's because eating sugar spikes your blood sugar and then causes it to drop much lower than it originally was which causes headaches and trembling.

You say all you've eaten is snacks, Slushies, jack in the box fruit smoothies, and ice cream? That's all SUGAR my dear. While fruit IS good for you, you need to supplement it with protein and yes the dreaded carbs. Which is all part of a healthy lifestyle... that and exercise, which isn't running a marathon its just going for a little walk. If you are just sitting around doing nothing, you're body isn't going to feel hungry, and since you are only filling it with sugar, you're not getting any nutrients, vitamins, or amino acids.

And you added the "drinking vitamins" after my reply and figured I should just know that, and by the way, the water with vitamins is just a scam. You need to eat a well balanced diet to ACTUALLY get vitamins that your body can use properly.

And using someone else's blood sugar testing kit isn't going to help you out, it's going to waste their expensive supplies, and leave you with results that you are unable to determine anything from.

  2. Try and get involved in something interesting. You are 14-you should be getting together with friends, going to the beach or a movie-doing something enjoyable and positive. Sitting around reading about illness and examining every f**t, burp and breath to try and see if you have it is a total bummer. You are acting all hostile toward the answering public-"don't tell me to go to the doctor. don't tell me to exercise." I mean, really. Why ask a question that you don't really want anyone to answer? Go see your Dr. who can tell you if you have a problem.

  3. first, if you believe you have diabetis, stop eating all that sugar.. that is the worst thing you can do now.

eat healthy snacks ie... carrot sticks, celery stix,  1 piece of fresh fruit, peanut butter and crackers, cheese and crackers,

your doctor will want to do a 6 hour blood sugar test on you, if they still do that.. If  not, he will draw some blood and test your A1C level.

If you know someone who has a blood sugar machine, have them check your sugar.
