  1. just do a big f**t and then see the difference and smell the difference.

Trust me only way you well find out!

  2. You sound like I use to feel buddy.  Yeah that is depression all right, I recognize the symptomes.  There were days when I could not sleep for 4 days straight, no cat napps or afternoon siestas either.  Did not like hangling around or talking to people and eating either.  Till I realized, what a jerk I was being.  There I am with a home, a family, food to eat, roof over my head, whole, with plenty of education and I was feeling sorry for myself, for petty reasons, that if you really look at closely were so shallow.  I join yoga classes and the instructer was very good.  She said, the only one I can depend on happiness is MYSELF, no one else is responsible for that or my unhappiness.  I can choose to be either.  I should not go around blaming others or depending others to make me happy, I should choose to be happy.  I can look at the negetaive points and by unhappy or I can CHOOSE to look for positive points in any negetiveness around me, and hold on to that and concentrate on that point,  slowly the negetivity will drain away from you leaving you feeling light and happy.  We point fingers at people, but we forget, some of the fingers are pointed towards us when we point a finger at someone else.  So be good and try to do good cause you feel like it and it make u appreciate life more, cause you have been given a lot by god, and by helping others you are just repaying a little bit of what you are lucky enough to have.  As for the night times, grab a boring book, and try reading it, bet you fall asleep with in 1/2 hour.  If not, get up, and do somthing other than watch T.V.  I use to paint at 2 in the morning when I could not sleep.  You can pick up a hobbie and do it if you can't get to sleep.  Yoga nd Meditation, a long walk early in the morning, try it and see it work.  P.S.  If you are putting and medication in your mouth for these problems, throw them down the toilet bowl please!  BAD IDEA!

  3. i've been through that also and what i did was quite the opposite of yours, i pretended as if nothing has changed though it showed and was obvious so i conclude that i made it worse. but mistakes took me half way there, it wasnt as easy but once you feel that you're already getting there, it will be a whole new world, you'll think "well, it wasnt as hard as i thought" but still it's a rollercoaster ride. a real rollercoaster life, but do not think of giving up. ask for help, talk to people who's been there also. be tough and be good. life has wonderful gifts after all.

  4. Meds?  there is a pill for being lazy?  cool.  Seriously, set your alarm for 6.30 am.  Get up, eat a healthy breakfast then get out and do something!  Continue for two months and you'll be fine.

  5. go for a movie now...a nice comie one... u will feel better talk to people... play hard.. read positive stuff..there is a lot to do out there man...enjoy...

  6. I call this "Y/A Syndrome," - starts w/ addiction 2 Y/A; then U graduate 2 Net p**n !!!

  7. I think you better not ever find it out, if you believe your depressed then you can't get out of it easily. you're not depressed, just try to do the works that made you happy in the past, even if it doesn't make you happy anymore follow them, you'll find yourself happy again.

  8. al;l i do is sit on the pc or watch tv, its caz lifes boring theres nothing else to do.

you could be... most ppl r  in todays world. you canmt really ask us to diagnose you, go to a doctors..

try eating more because its not good 4 ur heath

  9. Yes, this sounds like something that medication can help.  Definately go see your doctor.

  10. The best thing to do is start an exercise program.  Forget the meds for now and try to build some natural endomorphins. Excercise under the eye of a coach or trainer until you find your groove again.

The internet can suck you in and force you to forego other 'real' things, you're always waiting for something or someone on the net to write, reply, etc., - It's like Beckett's Waiting for Godot.  Get out of the house once a day to just walk around the park or better yet, exercise, excercise, excercise.  Your body is sending you a message, listen, being listless and idle is not healthy for your body, move it and you'll get your groove back!
