I think my body is getting used to not sleeping enough, and I don't know how to fix the problem. I work everyday and I have to get up early. I'll be really tired for a little while and then in the late afternoon I'll wake up. I won't get tired again until about one or two in the morning. Should I just keep going like this, or is it not healthy? How might I be able to get back into normal sleeping habit?
