Question:

I think i might have sleeping problems.?

I think my body is getting used to not sleeping enough, and I don't know how to fix the problem.

I work everyday and I have to get up early. I'll be really tired for a little while and then in the late afternoon I'll wake up. I won't get tired again until about one or two in the morning. Should I just keep going like this, or is it not healthy? How might I be able to get back into normal sleeping habit?

  1. I think I have the same problem as you, so we're both starting on the same page.  What I think you should do is start to sleep at an earlier time, and continue this for a long, long, long, long time, and don't break the habit.  if you're getting enough sleep when you do get tired at 1-2 AM, then I think you're fine, but if you're not, I suggest taking sleep medication or taking my first suggestion, starting to sleep at an earlier time.  Sorry if i gave so little for the answer, but:
