I think i might have sucked up all my cells on the 10 cm dish..how long before they grow back?

what should i do? tell my mentor or not? what if i destroyed the stable cell line. o gosh =[..idk she told me to scrape the cells and then harvest them..what am i going to do? is there a way i can fix this?

Statistically, you probably didn't get all of them.  Add media and they should grow back with no major problems, if they are an immortalized cell line.  If not, this won't work so well.

I'm sure your boss has a stock of them somewhere, so don't worry about it.
