  1. You need help....professional help, like a shrink or something.

  2. yes, it is the old "getting something for nothing" rush.

  3. Yes, I think you may have a real problem and should stop now as this is not doing your finances or sanity any good. seek help now or just STOP. Be brave and believe in yourself. You can do it.

  4. well, it is different, because at least when you buy something there, you at least get something for your money...i don't think it is related, but i hear ya on losing on bingo sites lol...I also like to get a bargain on ebay...but i don't see it as an addiction..more of like boredom,or a diversion to sadness...if you can understand that one

  5. you seem to be an interesting person that likes competition. ebay expanded your options and varies your games (purchases) and you get to change strategies and play for a very small cost per hour. enjoy yourself: money or toys, you cannot take either with you when you go.

  6. Oh heavens yes!  Ebay is similar to gambling in that you are taking a risk and trying to win.  At least with Ebay, though, if you lose you get your money back, lol.

There's on online support group for people with ebay addiction-- http://www.netaddiction.com/resources/eb...

You probably have an addictive personality, you may want to talk to a therapist or counselor to find out why; it usually indicates some kind of hole in your life you're trying to fill.

  7. yes i gamb regularly it's an addictive personality! i definitely have 1 also!!
