  1. Well it depends on where you are coming from and why you would like to leave.

Australia is a wonderful country, but not much different to America. Can you give some details as to why ?

I would like to give real advice, also where is your immediate family and which part of Australia would you consider ?

Perth is lovely place to live and quite friendly, so I have heard.

It is vast with many Sydney siders moving that way.

People here are laid back, not everyone but most of us are suburban or country people.

The city slickers are mostly in Sydney.

You really should reconsider though, if you are living in a tough country, don't think it is much easier here, we have to work really hard to have a lifestyle, Australia comes with a price, not every thing is so affortable, you really need to have a stable job to move ahead and one that pays well.

We have a high unemployment rate, it changes time to time, but our migrants are struggling to find their preferred occupation, some settle for less or remain unemployed for a long time.

Our weather is great, people truly enjoy our outdoors, sports and recreation, you can't beat Australia's summer, it is perfect.

It is a very multicultural country, we try to respect one another, I don't think we have too much of a racial issue, we are progressing.

Speak with your family and see what they have to say, just be prepared, it won't be easy, maybe your brother can help you get started.

    Good luck either way !

  2. before worrying about missing your family you better check to see if you qualify to immigrate to Australia,it can be very difficult

  3. I would check your motives for wanting to move there. If they are good, ie you are not running from a 'life problem', I would save up money, talk to family/friends where you are and get advice, as well as do research on the living conditions in Australia.
