i love fast food and eat fast food like everyday! i love burgers and french fries and tacos and all that good stuff. Im not fat though i think i have a really nice body. im skinny but like skinny thick. i weigh 119. i dont understand why im not fat. My friend eats less than me and shes chubby. Do you think even though i dont get fat or anything i should stop eating fast food so much? what can fast food do to you? can it make you like more slow or something?..thanks:]

  1. I feel your inane question proves that fast food is not brain food.  Therefore you have already answered one part of your very own question.  Furthermore, you do not GET heart attacks, my friend, you HAVE them.

What can cause heart attacks is cholesterol that accumulates in the arteries to your heart. Some fast food is healthy to eat. Look into it now that your aware of the danger. As for your friend, it could be hereditary thing.

If you smoke; stop.  After not smoking for a day you've already lowered your chance of getting a heart attack, you should exercise.  If you're worried about having a heart attck, exercise.  How tall are you?  Go on the net and look for height to weight ratio charts. try to stop eating fast food.

You can be thin and still be unhealthy, especially if you eat a lot of fast food.  You probably have a really fast metabolism, and that's why you're not gaining weight.  However, the food that you're putting into your body lacks a lot of nutritional value and is loaded with salt and sugar.  I would definitely stop eating so much fast food!  I know it's convenient and tasty, but with just a little planning and smart grocery shopping you can eat pretty conveniently from home too.

    Check out the websites of your favorite fast food restaurants and look up the nutrition info for the foods you like to eat there.  Look for ways to make the food less horrible, like omitting mayo, sauces, and cheese.  Think of fast food like a special treat or for 'emergencies' only.

    I used to eat a lot of fast food when I was in college, but stayed thin like you.  However, since I've started eating better, I feel a lot better!

  7. I'm willing to guess you eat but one meal a day and binge with friends, a start to an unhealthy eating habit that will encourage your body to store fat in later life.  Eating small balanced regular meals would keep your weight stable with no long term damage.
