  1. omg . In the morning when i get ready. I feel fine, I feel good.

But when i go to school and I see everyone else, i feel really ugly.

i think that happens to most people.

  2. its normal because at home there is no one to judge you and at school theres people all around you who could judge you so you feel ugly and are self concious. you shouldnt worry about it, though. im sure your very pretty and have nothing to worry about! just be yourself and ignore mean people, they are just jealous!

    goood luck! :)

  3. that totally happens to me too!

its cuz ur subconciously comparing yourself to the others.

what you need to do is picture urself looking faboulous like you do at home. and do not look in the mirror at school! mirrors lie anyways.... they are totally backwards. and flirt a little at school too...it makes you confident. if you get a flirty text, save it and glimpse at it for a little confidence boost :) lol just little things like that can make you feel hotter, and people will notice your confidence!

  4. it happens to everyone... everyone goes through it everyday.

  5. yes i have the same problem i guess cuz since your alone at home that you feel pretty but when you get 2 skool people judge about how you look and you compare yourself to others. but i think to myself if i was pretty in my bedroom this morning i should be pretty now

  6. Dudee I have the same problem! Unfortunately this also means I don't know how to help....

  7. Omgosh! Yes! That happens to me alllll the time!

I was actually thinking that today when i got home from school i was like "hmm..why do i look so pretty now, but at school i looked like c**p?!"

I thinks its because at school there are so many people you compare yourself to and some people are just so pretty so it makes you feel ugly, but when you get home there is no one to compare to so it makes you feel prettier...its jus a guess though...

    =]

  8. yeah i kinda have the same problem-

    it sucks

    aswer mine.

  9. i think that like everyone thinks that.

    b.c it happens to me.

  10. omg yea that happens me too. you just hae to think the same way when your at home.

it might also happen when u think your friends are "prettier" than you.

    just give yourself a boooosst

    your proly pretty!!!

  11. That actaully doesn't happen to me, I know this is going to sound bad, but I usually get atleast one compliment during the day (usually how pretty my eyes are and how dark blue they are lol), so I guess it just reminds me that I am pretty. I bet you're gorgeous! So don't think any different at school :)

  12. no

  13. OMG. the same thing happens to me !! i really dont know why.. anybody else ?

  14. I know how you feel.

The same thing happens to me too.

When i look in the mirror at home, i feel kinda pretty but when i look in the mirror at school,I feel so unattractive.

Dont worry, your not the only one who feels this way.

  15. Happens to me, too.

  16. your lighting at home differs from the lighting at school. bathroom lighting makes you look the worst, so you can feel confident that you don't look "weird n ugly" walking through the halls.

the best thing to do is avoid looking in the mirror at school and give compliments to other people! really, if you tell *Sara* that you like her shirt, she is likely to say thank you and return the compliment for something she liked about you but didn't say. that will be a little self esteem booster too.

as a side note, everyone looks better in dim lighting (candlelight, ambient lighting, soft lamps, etc) and worse in sunlight or florescent lighting. make sure your lighting at home is adequate (not dim) when you are getting ready and always double check your look in natural sunlight! it's amazing how much lighting makes a difference.

    hope this helps!!

  17. I think it's like the way those models in magazines and stuff make women feel bad about themselves! I guess it's like that at school because i feel good when i look in the mirror and then when i see the other girls they have like better bodies and all the guys are around them and they are wearing prettier clothes. i guess that's what makes us feel bad about ourselves being judged but not verbally you know? But just keep your confidence up! =)

  18. that happens to me but i realize that ifi look good in the mirror at home i look good at school

  19. You could be stressing out about school too much.  It is reflected in your face.  Get more sleep and make time for relaxation.

  20. its the school uniform obviously.......

  21. i used to kinda feel like that...i used to only feel pretty when i was looking in the mirror..so unless i saw how i looked i didnt feel good about myself and you need to feel good about yourself for reasons other than just your looks...

that might be your problem -- focus on what else is good about you and everything else will come with it...

sounds corny, but beauty does come from the inside

  22. That happens to everyone pretty much. Being human teenage girls, yeah were gonna compare ourselves to everyone we see.

The fact is that there will always be some one prettier and always be someone uglier. Someone skinnier someone fatter. Thats just life. I wish there was a way to stop the comparison but its just human nature.

  23. it happens because wen you in the mirror its just you, your style you clothes, in school more styles maybe better? or perhaps u thnk they're better etc all that affects your self esteem. im sure your real pretty though dont worry about it too much though
