  1. DNA undergoes replication (B) to copy itself.  Transcription (A) is where DNA becomes RNA.  Translation (C) is where tRNA brings amino acids to mRNA codons in order to create a chain of amino acids (polypeptide a.k.a. protein).  So C is correct.
